When Will Roger Howarth Return to GH?
It’s been almost a week since Roger Howarth made his on-screen exit from the ABC sudser. Within hours of the episode airing, he broke his silence about his future with the show. The soap vet assured fans that he isn’t going anywhere.
But he was careful not to give any specific details. Most soaps plan shocking returns around sweeps week. The next sweeps period is May, followed by November sweeps. It’s highly likely that Roger Howarth will make his way back to Port Charles during one of those time periods.
In the meantime, he is spending his free time by raising money for charity on Cameo. Any proceeds from the shout-out videos go to Feeding America.
Fans shouldn’t expect to see Roger Howarth for a while. But who will he play upon his return? The options are endless.
Is Franco Really Dead?
Franco (Roger Howarth) was shot and killed on the March 9th episode of GH. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Cam (William Lipton), and Scott (Kin Shriner) have been in mourning since.
However, wild fan speculation suggests that Franco may not be dead after all. Port Charles residents are fantastic at faking their own deaths. Some fans think that Jason (Steve Burton) could be hiding a very-much-alive Franco.
Franco could have had on a bulletproof vest it could be fake blood also. He Jason and Elizabeth planned it all. But it really seems cruel to tell Cam and the boys he's dead if they know he's not.

Cam snuck into the morgue and saw Franco’s body. But that doesn’t necessarily mean Franco couldn’t return. This is a soap, after all.
Is GH Resurrecting Drew?
Another popular fan theory is that Roger Howarth could be a Drew recast. At the moment, Drew is considered dead, but a body was never found.
They keep assuring us that Franco the character is dead but Roger Howarth the actor just signed a new contract with GH so are they going to have him come back as Drew??

Billy Miller originally joined GH as a Jason recast after Steve Burton left the role. However, Steve Burton eventually returned and Billy Miller’s Jason became a previously-unknown twin, Drew.
Now that Sam (Kelly Monaco) is single, fans want Drew to return and rekindle their romance.
OLTL Fans Want Todd Manning Back
Todd Manning is arguably Roger Howarth’s most-loved character. After One Life to Live was cancelled, Howarth briefly brought Todd to GH. That didn’t last long because Prospect Park owned the rights to the character. Todd Manning left town because the production company was plotting a reboot of OLTL.
A legal battle prevented GH from bringing Todd Manning back to canvas. However, Soap Hub reports that Prospect Park no longer owns the rights, freeing up several OLTL characters.
One fan suggests bringing most of the Manning family to Port Charles. The fan wants to see Kassie DePaiva (Blair Cramer) and Kristen Alderson (Starr) on General Hospital.
If they make Roger Howarth Todd again this would be the perfect opportunity to bring on Kassie Depaiva and Kristen Alderson if they want. #GH

Several General Hospital stars were involved in some off-screen drama over the weekend. Maurice Benard and Ingo Rademacher had a little fun at Nancy Lee Grahn’s expense. Maurice Benard apologized to Grahn before the skirmish got too far out of hand. However, several fans found the apology lacking.
Maurice Benard, Ingo Rademacher Laugh At General Hospital Co-Star
Sonny (Maurice Benard,) Brenda (Vanessa Marcil,) and Jax (Ingo Rademacher) were one of the hottest love triangles of the ‘90s. General Hospital fans fiercely debated if Sonny or Jax was the right man for Brenda. Despite their on-screen rivalry, Maurice Benard and Ingo Rademacher are close friends.
They even live-streamed a virtual chat session for their fans. One seemingly innocent moment in the video blew up among GH fans on social media.
In the short clip, Rademacher says he’s “about to go work with my friend” while aiming the camera at a nearby television set. Benard asked for a closer look, “let me see who it is.” Once he realized which of his co-stars Rademacher was referring to, he said, “Oh, I’m sorry, man.”
In fact, both men were laughing uproariously over the “joke.” The co-star on the television was Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis on General Hospital.

Nancy Lee Grahn Previously Blocked Ingo On Twitter
Jax and Alexis were once married on the ABC sudser. They even have a section of fans who ‘ship’ them as a couple. However, it seems the off-screen relationship between Rademacher and Grahn has deteriorated significantly. That’s why some fans were so upset over Benard laughing along with Rademacher’s joke. As their co-worker, he likely knows the history behind their social media feud.
Nancy Lee Grahn has been extraordinarily outspoken about her political beliefs, as well supporting several causes for social justice. During the coronavirus pandemic, things got heated between Grahn and Rademacher on Twitter.
Showbiz Cheat Sheet reports that things got so bad between the two that Grahn BLOCKED Rademacher on Twitter. She disagreed with Rademacher referring to the coronavirus as the “Chinese virus.”
Maurice Benard Apologizes
When the video originally came to Grahn’s attention, she vowed to address it through the “proper channels.” Many fans showed their support for her, saying that both Rademacher and Benard should apologize.
Maurice Benard saw that some of his fans were upset by the video. He quickly issued an apology. He wrote that he “reached out” to Grahn to address the situation. As for his fans, he gave an apology to anyone offended. He reiterates that he was teasing in a “playful way.”
I want to say I got a hold of Nancy. She gave me her feelings I gave her mine. I respect Nancy a great deal and I apologize if I offended anyone. I tease like this with all my friends, just ask Chad,Steve,Dom,and Laura.
