  • Caused back injury

    At first I loved the app but some of the exercises suggested ended up causing me lower back injury twice which set me back quite a bit. On top of that I have to keep paying while I’m unable to exercise. It’s a good enough app but not something I would recommend if you’re looking for something that’s more mindful of avoiding injury.

  • I love the app, but

    It’s so freaking annoying. I listen to podcasts or music via my laptop with airpods and everytime there is a countdown in freeletics (30s superman hold for example or every stretch at the end of a workout) the connection of my airpods switches from my macbook to my iPhone and it totally gets my out of my flow. If you can fix this 100% 5 stars

  • Bug report + app suggestions

    Sometimes the 5 seconds count down to the next reps seems to interrupt the Bluetooth connection. Audio disappears all of a sudden, only way to get back the sound is to hard kill Spotify and relaunch it. (I’m running Freeletics and Spotify synchronously) I’m on a iPhone Pro Max 11 iOS 14.3 using AirPods Pro’s.
    App suggestion:
    - Explanation what the focus areas are per exercise.
    - Option to favourite single exercises
    Other than that, love the app.

    After several years with different training app, discovering Freeletics is quite refreshing!
    In comparison with their competitor, their plan adapt to your needs, also by changing your daily training with no excuses!
    Nice also the possibility to adapt training based on your equipment, as well as the size of the training ground.
    For the developers: If I can suggest a small issue to fix with the app, in iPad, having the landscape mode.

  • Good training app but...

    Why isnt there a button to switch to alternative excersises when you are simply not able to do reps like pikes or sfinx push ups?
    Lost on what you need to do if you cant do these reps... and getting injured for even trying..
    Improve on that and def 4 or 5 stars

    Downloaded this app and paid for a full plan (including nutrition) expecting a 'paid' experience. They just keep sending notifications about products they want you to buy like socks and other useless stuff you didnt ask for. No way to disable this in the app

    It’s a great app with really clear information about the exercises. The coach option is maybe a bit expensive but I think it’s worth it.
    Tip for the app builder:
    It’s annoying that I can’t watch the instruction video while the timer for the rest between sets is ticking. It would be a perfect time during your workout to watch instruction videos right?

  • Very limited workouts, missing most muscle groups

    Extremely boring workouts, with only 2 different exercises repeating again and again. After 20 minutes you'll only have trained 2 muscle groups. Don't fall for this trap.
