Paul is a twenty-five year guitar player who plays both lead and rhythm. He’s been active in the music scene since he was a teen and has released solo records in addition to group albums. His musical influences include everything from classical music to blues, rock, soul, funk, pop, and even metal. This collection features the best of his guitar playing on three CDs in one DVD.
Rhythm guitarist with a blues rock guitar approach to playing guitar. Paul starts out by introducing the DVD before enjoying with his solo CD. On the DVD, he demonstrates his playing technique, including finger picking, alternate picking, hammer-ons, string bending, vibrato, slides, picking variants, etc.. He demonstrates his creativity with chord structure and change of chords, with the usual C, D, E and A chord structures in addition to others.

He is best known for his guitar work with his band’s Gin Train, Skye Run, And So It Goes, as well as the supergroup High Tension with members Tommy Lee and Tim Carlton. These bands also made appearances on a few of his solo albums. He’s also played solo in a number of additional well-known songs. Some of the other popular songs that were recorded by other artists but never recorded by Paul include hits by Bucketti, Boz Scaggs, Dusty Springfield, Aretha Franklin, Johnny Burnette, Aretha Franklin, Johnny Jenkins, and Chicano heroin. Some of the early work also is well-known too. An example of this is his classic song,”Whole Lotta Love.”
Paul Gilbert is now playing guitar professionally. He’s released numerous solo albums, in addition to collaborations with other artists. His work has appeared on numerous television shows, in several documentaries, on the Internet, on stage and in several other places. To further his guitar playing career, he has taken advantage of an opportunity to choose an online guitar class.

This collection features violinist/percussionist Dominick La Vita, together with keyboards and guitarists Brian Chamberlain (guitarist in a band named Cirrhythmia), Lee Ritenour (drums), Tim Bluhm (guitarist in a band called Touch), and Brian McTague (bass). The band has released an album entitled, “The Best of Live.”
